Terms of use

Effective date: September 30, 2026. These terms cover use of CMC+CO Client Intelligence by authorized staff and invited testers.

Purpose and permitted use

The application supports internal client portfolio work, daily briefings, meeting preparation and assisted business drafting. Use only accounts, client information and documents you are authorized to access and process. An invitation or test account does not grant access to another person's Google account or confidential business records.

Your responsibilities

Protect your account and credentials. Do not bypass access controls, share another user's session, upload unlawful material or use the service to access information outside your authorization. Follow your organization's confidentiality and data handling requirements. Read the Privacy policy before connecting Workspace or submitting sensitive material.

Review of outputs

AI answers, extracted facts and drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. Check sources, dates, calculations and business claims before relying on an output or sharing it. Drafts are not approved client communications. The application does not guarantee savings, commercial outcomes or the availability of any third-party offer. Existing signed business agreements govern commercial engagements.

Google permissions and service availability

Google Sign-In and Workspace connections are subject to Google's applicable terms and the permissions you grant. You can disconnect or revoke access as described in the Privacy policy. A separate internal briefing sender authorization may be used for internal email delivery. Features may be limited, changed or unavailable during testing, maintenance or third-party outages. Administrators may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or enforce organizational permissions.

Contact the CMC+CO application administrator or the CMC+CO person who invited you through your existing organizational contact channel for support or questions about these terms. Updates are published here with a revised effective date.
